Anfiteatro Bed & Breakfast is located in the old town center of Lucca, in front of one of the most beautiful Italian square, Anfiteatro Square; from the windows of the living room we can admire the remains of the ancient columns that were forming the roman amphitheater.
With its streets’ layout made in ancient roman time, its imposing buildings, built up during Medieval Age and Renaissance, with its puissant old walls that surround the whole town, Lucca itself is a sort of museum of history en plein-air, and today, while showing its past with self-confidence, tradition and culture ties each other through the variety of shops and events that you can easily find out in Lucca (Summer Festival, Comics, Puccini, etc.)
In our B&B you will be able to appreciate the beauty and the peculiarity of the old town center of Lucca and, thanks to the excellent position, you will find yourself exactly at the crossroads of the main sites and locations of interest. The position is extremely central and in the vicinity of the B&B there are many vineries and typical restaurants.
The B&B offers accommodation in 5 rooms (3 double rooms and 2 twin bedded rooms), each one of them is wooden refined with well-finished and chosen pieces of furniture. Every room is supplied with air conditioning, minibar, free access to Internet and satellite Tv including an en suite shower bathroom supplied with hairdryer.
We also have a large room with kitchen and a comfortable area where our guests can relax and even enjoy a Finnish sauna made in red birch wood.
Breakfast is served in a hall overlooking the amphitheater, offering a variety of products home made in the area (marmalades, honey, cakes, patisseries and a lot of other high quality products) and fresh fruit salads. Traditional lunch or dinner can be prepared on request.
