We started our lodging business with diligence and passion in 2010, and after four years of work we grew up and acquired experience.
Today we set ourselves on the market with competence and kindness, guaranteeing the best service and assistance to the costumers.
We have three different accommodation facilities:

All of our accommodations are located in the old town center, between Piazza Anfiteatro (Amphitheater Square) and Via Fillungo (Fillungo Street) to be more precise, and we can satisfy the necessities of every kind of request: business trip, romantic holiday, from weekends to weekly vacation, we can provide a bed and breakfast room, or an apartment including the kitchen area, or even a luxurious suite in an historic building.
This large selection of options makes us capable of shaping the service on our guests’ necessities, to satisfy all of their needs.

The Bed and Breakfast Amphitheatre has 6 double bedrooms, and each one includes restroom, wifi, air conditioning, tv sat and minibar. The B&B is located in Via Anfiteatro (Amphitheater Street) in front of the most famous square of the town.
We also have four apartments, probably the best solution for a family, that can provide comforts and privacy in a central location. Some of the them overlook Anfiteatro Square.

The five Suites have been inaugurated in 2014, and are situated in an historic building in Via Fillungo (next to the cross between Amphitheater Square and San Frediano Square). All of them are elegant, spacious, bright and very quiet. They are the ultimate solution for who is looking for the exact compromise between the preciousness of an historic place and the familiar welcome of a bed and breakfast.

We work in partnership with the restaurant Locanda Tre Merli (Via Anfiteatro, 15), where our typical cooking and pizza are always available to delight our guests’ taste. It’s also possible to decide for the half board or the complete one at the restaurant. The restaurant guarantees to each one of our costumers 10% discount on lunch and dinner.

Our purpose: to tie together the friendly and easygoing atmosphere that’s typical of a bed and breakfast to professionalism, efficiency and security of booking that we are able to guarantee.

The deluxe rooms are located in the latest bed and breakfast, inaugurated in August 2018. It is one of the historic buildings of Via Fillungo, with an entrance onto the beautiful Piazza San Frediano. The bed and breakfast has 5 rooms: 1 quadruple and 4 double, all equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, wifi and smart TV. In addition to the rooms there is a lounge / kitchen area available to guests, with a breathtaking view of the amphitheater square and the most famous tower of the city, Guinigi tower
